Participation in the conference

The registration fee for participation in the conference is:


120 EUR — for foreign participant
8700 RUB — for Russian participants

Writing off the foreign participants’ monetary means in payment for the registration fee for participation in the conference is made in euros in the amount equivalent to 8700 rubles at the exchange rate of national bank on the day of payment.

If it is impossible to pay via the site, participants can pay their participation in the conference at the time of registration (cash only).

Step 1. Prepare an abstract or a research paper in accordance with the following requirements and within the established deadlines:

Abstract:

(1) The abstract should be filed in the format А4 in a text editor Microsoft Word. Text font — Times New Roman Cyr; font size — 12 pt; page margins — left, right, bottom, top – 2 cm; line spacing – single; indention — 1.25 cm; text aligning — to page width.

(2) The author’s surname and initials are to be printed in the upper right corner, the science degree, academic rank, position, full name of the organization are to be printed below.

(3) In double spacing is printed the title of the paper in capital letters, bold font style, center alignment.

(4) The abstract should include the following subsections: purpose, methods, results, conclusions.

(5) Abstract size — not less than 250-300 words.

(6) The deadline for abstract submission is up to 15 March 2020.

Research paper:

(1) The author’s surname and initials are to be printed in the upper right corner, the science degree, academic rank, position, full name of the organization are to be printed below. The paper text should be filed in the format А4 in a text editor Microsoft Word.
Text font — Times New Roman Cyr; font size – 14 pt; page margins — left, right, bottom, top – 2 cm; line spacing – single; indention – 1,25 cm; text aligning – to page width.

(2) The author’s surname and initials are to be printed in the upper right corner, the science degree, academic rank, position, full name of the organization are to be printed below.

(3) In double spacing is printed the title of the paper in capital letters, bold font style.
(4) The paper should have an abstract. The abstract is filed in a regular font (Times New Roman 12 pt), Abstract size — not less than 250-300 printed characters .

(5) The paper should contain keywords — words or phrases that convey the main semantic load of the text.

(6) A list of references is to be provided below the text in double spacing. It should contain not less than three sources.

(7) All data must have references to a literary source. The reference is to be indicated in square brackets with the number corresponding to the number in the reference list. The paper text should have references to figures and tables, which should have sequential numbering. Formulas are to be placed with the use the Equation formula editor built into Microsoft Word. Figures should be grouped.

(8) The share of the borrowed text, drawn up in accordance with the principles of scientific ethics, should not exceed 30% of the paper volume and the percentage of citations from one source should not exceed 10%.

(9) The paper size – up to 10 pages.

(10) The deadline for paper submission is up to 15 March 2020.

Step 2. Submit an application for participation in the conference and paper publication.

After completing the abstract / research paper in accordance with the requirements, please complete the application form for participation in the conference on a special site page. The button is located below.

When completing an online application form, a file with abstract / research paper should be attached. 

Please, prepare in advance the text in doc  or docx format.

Summarizing the results of the conference, a collection of research papers will be published with the assignment of Library Bibliographic Classification, Universal Decimal Classification and International Standard Book Number.
The collection will be included in the RSCI – national bibliographic database of science citation.
